F 19990449 RESOLUTION #3 q - () () ~ 4- WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, requests credit for 80% of the eligible construction cost of County Project No. . C40(287) Bridge No. 36S8 State #C004011520 be applied as credit for the Non-Federal Share offuture HBRRP Projects, in accordance with the provisions of Section 123(e) of the 1987 Surface Transportation and Uniform Relocation Assistance Act Off-System Bridge Program. WHEREAS, the County of Hall. State of Nebraska, has successfully completed construction of Project No. C40 (287) Bridge No. 36S8 State No. C004011520 to meet all conditions necessmy to qualify for the credit mentioned above, subject to the penalties of US Code, Title 18, Section 1020. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, requests credit for 80% of the eligible construction costs of Project No. C40 (287) Bridge No. 36S8 State No. C004011520 and be applied as credit for Non-Federal share of future HBRRP Projects.
