<br />~19990416 <br /> <br />APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR SOFT MATCH ON PROJECT C40(287) AND AUTHORIZE <br />CHAIR TO SIGN CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE: Logan made a motion and Stelk <br />seconded to approve Resolution #99-0080 to request the construction costs for Project C40(287) <br />and authorize the chair to sign the certificate of compliance. Arnold, Jeffiies, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no with Hartman absent for the vote. State of Nebraska, requests credit for 80% of the eligible <br /> <br />construction cost of County Project No. <br /> <br />. C40(287) Bridge No. 36S8 <br /> <br />State #C004011520 <br /> <br />be applied as credit for the Non-Federal Share of future <br /> <br />HBRRP Projects, in accordance with the provisions of Section 123(e) oftbe 1987 Surfuce Transportation <br /> <br />and Uniform Relocation Assistance Act Off-System Bridge Program. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall.
