APPROVE RESOLUTION FOR STOP SIGNS- Hartman made a motion and Lancaster <br />seconded to approve Resolution #99-0076 for a stop sign at Loup River Road and Liberty Road, <br />Resolution #99-0077 for a stop sign at 90th Road and Prairie Road and Resolution #99-0078 for <br />a stop sign at 90th and Chapman Road. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and <br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Nlotion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99 tlO 1 f.c, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has b=n represented to the Hall County Boarc1 of Supervisors of Hall County, Nebraska, by <br /> <br />., <br />Daniel J. Hostler, Public Works Director, that a dangerous traffic situation exists at the intersection of l.m1i2 <br />River Road and Liberty Road and that it is n~ to 'erect Stop Signs at said intersection, and. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Sapervisors of Hall County, Nebraska. deem it n~ in the <br /> <br />interest of traffic safety to erect said Stop Signs. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, it is hereby determined and ordered by the Hall County Boord of Sup:Msors in regular <br /> <br />session, that Daniel J. Hostler, Public Works Director, hereby is authorized and directed to erect stop signs at the <br /> <br />ntersection of ~ River Road and Liberty Road and that said stop signs at the intersection be erec+.ed in such a <br /> <br />manner as to require traffic approaching said intersection from the ~ to stop before entering into said <br /> <br />intersection. <br />
