Motion carried. <br /> <br />REPORT FROM DAN HOSTLER ON CLOSING ROADS AT CAAP : Landis made a motion and <br />Hartman seconded to accept the letter from Public Works Director Dan Hostler stating that the roads at the <br />Cornhusker Army Plant were closed by a resolution dated May 20, 1942. They are minimum maintenance <br />roads. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY - CONSIDER & ADOPT RESOLUTION REQUESTING CONVEYANCE OF <br />ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY DRAINAGE DITCH EASEMENTS AND RECREATIONAL TRAIL <br />EASEMENTS AT CAAP: Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz presented the resolution to address <br />the easement for road right-ofway, drainage ditches and public recreation at CAAP. Lands made a motion <br />and Stelk seconded to approve Resolution #99-0068. Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and <br />Stelk all voted yes and Jeffries voted no.
