Motion carried. <br /> <br />REPORT FROM DAN HOSTLER ON CLOSING ROADS AT CAAP : Landis made a motion and <br />Hartman seconded to accept the letter from Public Works Director Dan Hostler stating that the roads at the <br />Cornhusker Army Plant were closed by a resolution dated May 20, 1942. They are minimum maintenance <br />roads. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY - CONSIDER & ADOPT RESOLUTION REQUESTING CONVEYANCE OF <br />ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY DRAINAGE DITCH EASEMENTS AND RECREATIONAL TRAIL <br />EASEMENTS AT CAAP: Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz presented the resolution to address <br />the easement for road right-ofway, drainage ditches and public recreation at CAAP. Lands made a motion <br />and Stelk seconded to approve Resolution #99-0068. Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and <br />Stelk all voted yes and Jeffries voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99- ()()fo <6 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CONVEYANCE OF EASEMENTS FOR <br />ROAD RIGHT-OF-W A YS, DRAINAGE DITCHES, AND PUBUC <br />RECREATION Wrn:uN <br />THE BOUNDARlES OF THE CORNHUSKER ARMY AMMUNITION PLANT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the United States Army Corps of Engineers, by and through the <br />United States General Services Administration, will be disposing tracts 41,42,44, 53, <br />54, 55, 56, 57, 59 and 63 located at the site of the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant; <br />-. . <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is desired that the County of Hall and/or other public entities <br />obtain road right-of ways, recreational trail easements, and drainage ditch easements <br />adjacent, along, upon or through the above-described tracts to ensure preservation of <br />current uses and future recreational, agricultural, commercial, and industrial uses at the <br />Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant site; and <br />
