WHEREAS, on the days of September 14th, 15th and 16th, 1999 Husker Harvest Days will be held in the South edge of the Cornhusker Army Ammunition Plant, and WHEREAS, due to the narrow shoulders on county roads in the area of the Husker Harvest Days sit, it is desirable to prohibit the stopping, standing and parking of vehicles upon certain roads in the vicinity of the Husker Harvest Days site during the period of said event. THEREFORE, IT IS RESOL YED by the hall County Board of Supervisors that commencing September 8, 1999, the stopping standing or parking of vehicles upon the following county roadways, their shoulders and right of ways is hereby prohibited, to-wit 1. On Husker Highway from its intersection with 80th Road to the intersesction of Husker Highway and Schauppsville Road, a distance of approximately two miles. 2. On 90th Road from its intersection with Husker Highway to the intersection of 90th Road and Schimmer Drive, a distance of approximately one mile. The Hall County Public Works Department shall erect and maintain such proper and adequate signs thereon to effectuate this resolution, and to remove the same on or after September 20, 1999.
