<br />~ <br /> <br />r19990354 <br /> <br />CONSIDER & ADOPf"RESOLUTION REQUESTING CONVEYANCE dr KlUH l-Or!-'\1VA ~ FOR <br />ALDA ROAD AND OLD POTASH HlGHW A Y WITHING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />CORNHUSKER ARMY AMUNITION PLANT: The Army Corps of Engineer's and the General <br />Services Administration expressed their concerns with private easenUlts to property at CAAP. Public roads <br />to the property arre needed. This matter was taken to the Reuse conullittee and they adopted this resolution <br />to use the old section line roads at minimum maintenace to make it more conveient for all parties. As the <br />property is developed tax dollars will be generated to maintain the roads. Landis made a motion and <br />Hartman seconded to approve Resolution #990069 for the conveyance of easement for road right -of way <br />for Aida Road and Old Potash Highway within CAAP. Arnold, Hartman, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and <br />Stclk all voted yes and Jeffries voted no.
