<br />f 19990292 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION#~{) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is desirous of obtaining additional' <br /> <br />property for highway improvement purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, has successfully negotiated with <br /> <br />William Robert & Darlene Francis Fa&an for the sale of certain real estate to be described in the <br /> <br />following and: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is empowered by the Constitution <br /> <br />and laws of the State of Nebraska to purchase real estate for highway improvement purposes and <br /> <br />accept deeds conveying that real estate. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOL YED BY THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF <br /> <br />SUPERVISORS, Hall County, State of Nebraska, to accept on behalf of Hall County, grantee, a <br /> <br />warranty deed from William Robert & Darlene Francis Fa.&an r grantor, to the following described real <br /> <br />estate: <br /> <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter (NEl/4) of Section Twenty Seven (27), <br />Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska and is <br />described more particularly as follows: <br /> <br />First to ascertain the point of beginning, start at the southeast comer of said Northeast Quarter (NEl/4); <br />thence running northerly, along and upon the east line of said Northeast Quarter (NEl/4), a distance of <br />Five Hundred Eighty Nine and Fifty Six Hundredths (589.56) feet; lb,ence deflecting left 90*00'00" and <br />running westerly, a distance of Thirty Three (33.0) feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of <br />Schauppsville Road, said point being the ACTUAL point of beginning; thence running northwesterly, <br />along and upon the arc of a curve to the left whose radius is 420 feet, a distance of One Hundred Sixty <br />Nine and Sixty Eight Hundredths (169.68) feet (long chord distance = 168.53' -long chord deflecting <br />right 71 *"34' 26" from the previously described course) to a point of reverse curvature; thence running <br />northwesterly along and upon the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 530 feet, of which, the initial <br />tangent of said curve coincides with the final tangent of the previously described curve, a distance of Four <br />Hundred Thirty One and Six Tenths (431.60) feet (long chord distance = 419.78' -long chord deflecting <br />right 11 *45' 19.5" from the chord of the previously described curve) to a point on the southeasterly right <br />of way line of State Highway No.2; thence deflecting right 119*29'44.5" from the chord of the previously <br />described curve and running southeasterly, along and upon said southeasterly highway right of way line, a <br />distance of Thirty Two and Twenty Eight Hundredths (32.28) feet; thence deflecting right 25*27'01" and <br />running southeasterly, along and upon said southeasterly highway right of way line, a distance of One <br />Hundred Eight and Sixty One Hundredths (108.61) feet to a point on the westerly right of way line of <br />Schauppsville Road, said point being Thirty Three (33.0) feet west of, measured perpendicular to, the east <br />line of said Northeast Quarter (NEl/4); thence deflecting right 41 *43 '29" and running southerly, along <br />and upon said westerly Schauppsville Road right of way line, a distance of Four Hundred Eighty Three <br /> <br />. <br />J <br />
