Logan <br />made a motion and Stelk seconded to authorize the chair to sigh the certificate. Dan <br />Hostler explained that the right of way from Consolidated Blenders will need to have the title <br />changed because it is still under C&H Farms. Stelk made a motion and Lancaster seconded to <br />approve Resolutions #99-0049, #99-0050, #99-0051, #99-0052.
