<br />C d f S ,: .19 9 9 0 9 3.9 'd d" al ~'h . . <br />ounty Boar 0 upervlsors may autnonze perrrutte con Itlon uses whic are In contorman\,;e <br />with the intent of the district in which it is proposed to be located upon consideration of the <br />factors set forth in Section 11(d) of the Zoning Resolution; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 8, 1999, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing <br />on said application following due and proper publication of notice. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for a conditional use of the <br />above-described real estate for operation of a wholesale propane gas distribution facility be hereby <br />approved subject to the following conditions, limitations, and requirements: <br /> <br />1. The facility shall be developed in accordance with the site plan dated April 14, 1999, as <br />approved by the Regional Planning Director and the County Building Inspector. <br /> <br />2. The facility shall comply with applicable state and federal licensing regulations concerning <br />storage, transportation, and sales of propane gas, <br /> <br />3. Bulk propane tank areas shall be fenced with a chain link security fence of not less than eight <br />(8) feet in height. <br /> <br />4. There shall be no dealer sales nor individual sales on site. <br /> <br />5. Entrance to the facility shall be through the northerly drive and exit from the facility shall be <br />through the southerly drive. <br /> <br />6.
