Landis made a motion and Lancaster <br />seconded to authorize the chair to sign the agreement. Hartman, <br />Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted yes and <br />none voted no with Arnold absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REZONING FROM PUD RESIDENTIAL TO AG-1 AGRICULTURAL <br />ZONE FOR LOTS ONE AND TWO BUD SECOND SUBDIVISION: The public <br />hearing was held on this June 8, 1999 to address the zoning <br />change. Hartman made a motion and Lancaster seconded to approve <br />Resolution #99-0035 rezoning from PUD residential to AG-1 <br />agricultural zone for lots one and two Budd second Subdivision. <br />Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and Stelk all voted <br />yes and none voted no with Arnold absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 99- tJ o~!5 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REZONING FROM PUD RESIDENTIAL TO AG-l AGRICULTURAL <br />ZONE FOR LOTS ONE (1) AND TWO (2), BUDD SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, At the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission <br />("Commission"), held May 5, 1999, the Commission held a public hearing and considered the <br />rezoning from PUD Residential to AG-l Agricultural zone for Lots One (1) and Two (2), Budd <br />Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following further consideration, the Commission, by an affirmative vote of <br />th~ 10 members, 1 abstaining, of the 11 members present, voted to recommended that the Hall <br />County Board approve the request to rezone from PUD Residential to AG-l Agricultural zone for <br />Lot Two (2), Budd Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, finding that said rezoning is <br />consistent with the intent of the County's Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following further consideration, the Commission, by an affirmative vote of <br />the 10 members, 1 abstaining, of the 11 members present, also voted to recommended that the <br />Hall County Board approve the request to rezone from PUD Residential to AG-l Agricultural <br />zone for Lot One (1), Budd Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, finding that said <br />rezoning is consistent with the intent of the County's Comprehensive Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors held on June <br />8, 1999, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing upon the aforesaid rezoning <br />request and recommendations of the as set forth above. <br />
