<br />1= 19990173 <br /> <br />COUNTY ATTORNEY - CONSIDER AND APPROVE RESOLUTION REGQUESTING <br />CORPS OF ENGINEERS TO DISPOSE OF CAAP PARCES #41, 42, 44, 55, 56 <br />AND 57: Deputy County Attorney Jerry Janulewicz stated that <br />parcels 41, 42 and 44 are sections north of the Husker Harvest <br />Day Site and the board may want to table this item until later. <br />Parcels 55, 56 and 57 are on the south tier and resue has already <br />discussed these parcels and they will be transferred to the <br />designated owners. Landis suggested to table this manner until <br />the University of Nebraska gave their presentation. <br /> <br />APPROVE RESOLUTION REGARDING REZONING CHANGE - VOSS APPLICATION: <br />The public hearing on this matter was held on April 27 on the <br />rezoning change for 20 acres of land. Stelk made a motion and <br />Hartman seconded to approve Resolution #99-0023 rezoning <br />approximately 20 acres of land from AG-1 agricultural to TA <br />transitional. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, <br />Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REZONING APPROXIMA TEL Y 20 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED IN <br />THE EAST ~ OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER <br />(E Y2 NE ~ SW ~) OF SECTION THIRTY-ONE (31), TOWNSHIP TEN (10) NORTH, <br />RANGE ELEVEN (11) WEST OF THE 6th P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, FROM <br />AG-l AGRICULTURAL TO TA-TRANSmONAL <br /> <br />WHEREAS, At the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission <br />("Commission"), held April 7, 1999, the Commission held a public hearing and considered the <br />requested rezoning of approximately 20 acres of land described as follows, to wit: the East ~ of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (E ~ NE ~ SE ~), Section Thirty-One (31), <br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described in Quit Claim Deed recorded in <br />Book 128, Page 277, from AG-l Agricultural zone to TA-Transitional Agricultural zone; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following further consideration, the Regional Planning Commission, by a 6 to <br />2 vote of the 8 members present, recommended that the Hall County Board deny the request to <br />rezone the above-described property from AG-l Agricultural to T A- Transitional Agriculture; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors held on April <br />27, 1999, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing upon the aforesaid rezoning <br />application as set forth above. The applicant, Colleen Voss, spoke in support of the application <br />and David Barber, Regional Planning Director spoke in opposition to the application. <br />
