Conley, Hall Cou ty Clerk <br /> <br />SET PUBLIC HEARING FOR RURAL FIRE DISTRICTS: Legislative changes <br />that were effective last year, as per Neb. Rev. Stat. 35-517, <br />provides that it is the duty of the county board to fix the <br />boundaries of rural fire protection districts that are <br />unincorporated. The board must set a public hearing prior to <br />June 1. Landis stated that the reuse committee will be meeting <br />April 28 and this will be discussed. Landis made a motion and <br />Arnold seconded to set the public hearing for May 25 at 10:30 <br />a.m. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, Landis, Logan and <br />Stelk all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA: Stelk made a motion and Landis seconded to <br />approve the following by consent agenda: <br />6. Update on Project 340-243 railroad project on White Cloud <br />road. This letter and map updates the board on the changes <br />and show that the well will not have to be moved. <br />7.
