r19990133 WHEREAS, America's COtnlties are proud to be among those proviumg proof that local solutions can be applied throughout America to solve many of the nation's most challenging needs; and WHEREAS, COtnlty government's primary concern is to assme that COtnlty leaders provide citizens with an environment that encourages all people to build strong families and strong corrnnunities; and WHEREAS, the quality of life for all Americans is dependent upon choices that accorrnnodate all citizens while preserving the corrnnunity; and WHEREAS, by providing county citizens with safe, healthy corrnnunities, which are necessary to ensure a high quality of life for all, COtnlties across the nation will continue to thrive and prosper; and WHEREAS, the arts, learning and corrnmmity history go hand in hand in providing stability and well-being to all COtnlty citizens; and WHEREAS, corrnmmity leaders, county leaders and all citizens should take steps to recognize all that is good within the COtnlty, and praise those programs and individuals who have made progress and innovation available to all within the corrnnunity: NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors to proclaim A.pri118-24, 1999, National County Government Week Passed and adopted this 13th day of A.pril, 1999.
