<br />F 19990102 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # 99- () () /~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION REZONING FROM GI-GENERAL INDUSTRIAL TO AG-1 <br />AGRICULTURAL APPROXIMATELY 1,700 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED IN <br />SECTIONS 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, AND 24 IN TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, <br />RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, At the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission <br />("Commission"), held January 6, 1999, the Commission held a public hearing and considered the <br />rezoning from GI-General Industrial to AG-1 Agricultural for approximately 1,700 acres of land <br />located in Sections 13, 14, 15, 16, 21, 22, 23, and 24 in Township Twelve (12) North, Range <br />Nine (9) West of the 6tlt PM, Hall County, Nebraska as depicted in Attachment "A" attached <br />hereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, following further consideration, the Commission, by a unanimous vote of the <br />11 members present, recommended that the Hall County Board approve the request to rezone the <br />South One Half of Sections 13,14, 15; the Southeast Quarter of Section 16; the East One Half of <br />Section 21; and all of Sections 22, 23, and 24 from GI-General Industrial Zone to AG-l <br />Agricultural Zone, finding that said rezoning is compatible with existing land use and <br />development, and would not significantly compromise future industrial redevelopment <br />opportunities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors held on <br />January 23, 1999, the Hall County Board of Supervisors held a public hearing upon the aforesaid <br />rezoning request and recommendations of the as set forth above. <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, the Hall County Board of Supervisors, upon consideration of <br />the record herein and upon consideration of the factors as set forth in Neb. Rev. Stat. ~23-114.03, <br />finds that the proposed rezoning of the South One Half of Sections 13,14, 15; the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 16; the East One Half of Section 21; and all of Sections 22, 23, and 24 from <br />GI-General Industrial Zone to AG-l Agricultural Zones should be and is hereby approved. In <br />accordance with the Hall County Zoning Resolution, such change shall be entered upon the <br />Official Zoning Map of Hall County which entry shall be signed by the Chairman of the County <br />Board of Supervisors and attested by the County Clerk. Upon such change and entry on the <br />Official Zoning Map, this change shall become effective. <br /> <br />.
