<br />~-----;~ <br /> <br />F 19990100 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #99- 00/1 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE HALL COUNlY SUBDIVISION <br />REGULATIONS TO REQUIRE SUBDMSION APPROVAL FOR LOT LINE <br />ADJUSTMENTS INVOLVING PLATTED LOTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Regional Planning Commission, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Commission," held November 4, 1998, the Commission held <br />a public hearing and considered proposed amendments to the Hall County Subdivision <br />Regulations as set forth in Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by <br />this reference; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Commission, by a unanimous vote of the eleven members present, <br />recommended that the Hall County Board of Supervisors amend the Hall County <br />Subdivision Regulations to require subdivision approval for lot line adjustments involving <br />platted lots as set in exhibit" A," and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Hall County Board of Supervisors, held <br />February 9, 1999, a public hearing was held on the recommended amendment to the Hall <br />County Subdivision Regulations as proposed by the Commission and set forth in exhibit <br /> <br />"A" <br /> <br />NOW BE IT RESOLVED, upon consideration of the record herein, the Hall <br />County Board of Supervisors finds that the proposed amendments to the Hall County <br />Subdivision Regulations as set forth in exhibit" N' should be and are hereby ordered <br />approved and adopted and the Hall County Subdivision Regulations amended in <br />conformance with the same effective April 15, 1999.
