She attended the Senior Citizens and they are <br />working on the 5013C retirement plan, she attended the Covention <br />Visitors Bureau board, the Head Start Board meeting, and joint <br />meeting with the city on the economic development and reported <br />that the caboose for the train at Stuhr Museum has been redone. <br /> <br />Jeffries - He reported that Tom Conlin with Goodwill Industries <br />invited the County Board to participate in the Good Will Gran <br />Prix on May 23. <br /> <br />Logan made a motion and Stelk seconded to authorize the County <br />Clerk and the Register of Deeds to hire a part-time staff person <br />to work in both offices. Arnold, Hartman, Jeffries, Lancaster, <br />Logan and Stelk all voted yes and none voted no, with Landis <br />absent. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Chairman Jeffries congratulated the local high schools in their <br />achievments at the state Basketball Tournaments. <br /> <br />12:20 p.m. meeting adjourned.
