HALL C�UNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING NOVEMBER 6, 2012 <br /> 9:05 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Ziola s�conded ta go inta a Board of Equalization <br /> meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE — Present an roll call vote were Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, <br /> Bob McFarland, Daniel Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziala. Also <br /> present were Deputy County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey <br /> Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW — Chairman Lancaster read the notice of the open <br /> meeting law. <br /> MINUTES —Purdy made a motion and Arnold seconded to approve the minutes af the <br /> October 23, 2012 meeting. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan <br /> and Ziola all voted y�s and none vot�d no. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no <br /> one respanded. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION - LITIGATION STRATEGY - Lancaster stated that this <br /> executive session is to protect the public interest. <br /> Ziala made a motion and McFarland seconded to go into executive session. Arnold, <br /> Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 9:10 a.m. executive s�ssion. <br /> 9:2$ a.m. Ziola made a motion and Arnold seconded to go out af executive session. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and <br /> none voted na.
