HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING OCTOBER 23, 2012 <br /> 9:05 a.m. Quandt made a motian and Purdy seconded ta go into a Baard of <br /> Equalization meeting. <br /> R�LL CAI.L VOTE -- Present on roll call vote were Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, <br /> Bob McFarland, Daniel Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Also <br /> present were Deputy County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Deputy County Attorney <br /> Sarah Johnson and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW — Chairman Lancaster read the notice of the apen <br /> meeting law. <br /> MINUTES —Ziola made a mation and Quandt seconded to approve the minutes af the <br /> October 9, 2012 meeting. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan <br /> and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION - Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no <br /> one responded. <br /> 3. PLACE ON F'IL.E 2012 TAX RATES CERTIFED FROM OTHER COUNTIES AND <br /> CORRECTION ON AIRPORT B�ND AMOUNT — County Clerk Marla Conl�y has <br /> received the certifications fram other caunties and made a correction to the Airport Bond <br /> amount. <br /> Ziola made a motion and Schuppan seconded to place on file the 2012 tax rates and <br /> correct the Airport Bond amount. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> 4. AUTHORIZE CHAIR TO INITIAL. TAX CORRECTION NOTICES — County Assessor <br /> Jan Pelland presented tax correction notices #4522 to #4534 requesting the County <br /> Board to receive and authorize the Chair to initial. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Schuppan seconded ta authorize the Chair ta initial tax <br /> carrection notices #4522 to #4534. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and nane vot�d no. Motion carried. <br /> 5. COUNTY TREASURER — EXEMPTION APPLICATION FOR NEBRASKA DISTRICT <br /> COUNCIL OF THE ASSEMBLIES OF GOD (added 1�/22/12 9:00 a.m.) <br /> Deputy County Treasurer Alaina Verplank presented the motor vehicle exemption from: <br /> Nebraska District Council of the Assemblies of God <br /> 1503 West Secand Street P.O.
