HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING MAY 22, 2012 <br /> 9:05 a.m. Purdy made a motion and Quandt secanded to go into a Board of <br /> Equalization meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE — Present on roll call vote were Scatt Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, <br /> Bob McFarland, Daniel Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Alsa <br /> present were Deputy Caunty Attarney Jack Zitterkopf, County Treasurer Peg Pesek <br /> Baard Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW — Chairman Lancaster read the notice of the apen <br /> meeting law. <br /> MINUTES —McFarland made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve the minutes of <br /> the May 8, 2012 meeting. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan <br /> and Ziala all voted yes and none voted no. Mvtion carried. <br /> COUNTY TREASURER EXEMPTION APPLICATION FOR GRAND ISLAND <br /> EVANGELICAL FREE CHURCH FOR A 2011 FORD VAN — County Treasurer Peg <br /> Pesek present the �xemption application for Grand Island Evangelical Free Church, <br /> 2609 South Blain� Street, Grand Island, for a 2011 Ford wagon to be used to transport <br /> people, suppli�s and equipment to events. She approved the exemption as per <br /> Nebraska State statute 77-202 and is requesting the County Board's approval. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve the exemption application <br /> for Grand Island Evangelical Free Church. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted y�s and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION — Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no <br /> one responded. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS — Chairman Lancaster called for new or unfinished <br /> business and no one responded. <br /> 9:10 a.m. Adjourned back to the regular meeting. <br /> �,i�P,Z'Y:C'p <br /> � � ��� <br /> ���: :� <br /> ;�. � :� <br /> Marla .
