HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUI'ERVISORS MEETING N�VEMBER 20, 2012 <br /> The Hall Caunty Board of 5upervisors convened Navember 20, 2012 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela l.ancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALL�GIANC� —The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnald, Pamela Lancaster, Bab McFarland, Dan <br /> Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Also present was Deputy County <br /> Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OP�N M��TING LAW—Chairman Pamela Lancaster read the notice af open <br /> me�ting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME— Chairman Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience <br /> has a request to reserve time to speak on a specific agenda item, to please come forward at this <br /> time. This does not include the public hearing. No one respanded. <br /> Gary Quandt thanked the votErs in District#6 for their support in the election. <br /> Dan Purdy thanked the voters in District#2 for their comments and their support. <br /> Pamela Lancaster thanked the voters in District#4 for allowing her to serve another 4 y�ars and <br /> sh� will represent them to the best of her ability. <br /> Cansent Agenda— Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following: <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the November 6t" meeting <br /> 2. 5 Set the bid opening far the annual gravel bid for December 4t" at 10:00 a.m. with bids <br /> due December 3, at 5:00 p.m. <br /> 3. 7 authorized the chair ta sign the agreement with Systems Engineering Professionals far <br /> the HVAC renovations for the Courthause <br /> 4. 11 Approved the final Plat And Resolution #12-075 for 3J Subdivision <br /> 5. 11 b Approved th� final plat and Resolution #12-76 for Turek Acres Subdivision <br /> 6. 12 Placed on file the office reports from the County Clerk, Hall & Howard County <br /> Juvenile Services, Register of Deeds, County Sheriff September Report and the <br /> quarterly report <br /> 7. 13 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous receipts <br /> 8. 14 Placed on fi�e communications as received <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no.
