HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING OCTOBER 25, 2011 <br /> 9:05 a.m. Quandt made a mation and Arnold seconded to go into a Board of Equalization <br /> meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE — Present an roll call vote were Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, Bob <br /> McFarland, Daniel Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Also present was <br /> Deputy County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW— Chairman Lancaster read the notice of the open meeting <br /> law. <br /> MINUTES —Quandt made a motion and Ziola seconded to approve the minutes of the <br /> September 27, 2011 meeting. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and <br /> Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> PUBLIC PARTICIPATION -- Chairman Lancaster called for public participatian and no <br /> one responded. <br /> COUNTY TREASUR�R — DISCUSS AND APPROVE EXEMPTION APPLICATION FOR ST <br /> �RANCIS MEDICAL CENTER - County Treasurer poris Mason presented the exemption <br /> application for St �rancis Medical Center, 2620 West Faidley Avenue, Grand Island, NE for a <br /> 2Q09 Chevrolet 4/Dr Sport Utility vehicle to be used for hospital use and patient transport. She <br /> approved this exemption under Nebraska State Statute 77-202 and is requesting the board to <br /> approve. <br /> Quandt made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve the exemption application for St <br /> Francis Medic al Center. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt Schuppan and Ziola all <br /> voted yes and none voted no. Motian carried. <br /> COUNTY ASSESSOR TAX CORRECTION NOTICES — Deputy County Treasurer Shirlee <br /> Mudloff presented tax correction notices#4395 to#4413 requesting to have the chair initial the <br /> correctians. <br /> Quandt made a motian and Purdy seconded to authorize the chair to initial tax correction <br /> notices #4395 to #fi��413. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt Schuppan and Ziola all <br /> voted yes and none voted no.
