NOTICE OF OP�N M�ETING LAW — Vice Chairman Lancaster read the notice of the open rneeting law. MINUT�S —Arnold made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the minutes af the August 30, 2011 meeting. Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all vated yes and none vated na. Bud JeffriES was absent. Matian carried. COUNTY TREASUR�R— APPROV� EXEMPTION APPLICATION FOR GOODWIL.L INDUSTRIES �F GR�AT�R NEBRASKA FOR A 2005 INTERNATIDNAL TRUCK/TRACTOR —County Treasurer poris Mason presented the exemption applicatian for Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska, 1804 South Eddy, Grand Island for a 2Q05 International truck tractor to be used fo oval lundernd collecting of donatians that support their programs. She recommended app Nebraska State Statute 77-202 and is requesting the board's approval. APPR�VE EXEMPTION APPLICATION FOR H�ARTLAND LUTHERAN FOR A 1999 INT�RNATIONAL SCHOOL BUS --County Treasurer poris Mason presented the exemption application for Heartland Lutheran High School, 3900 West Husker Highway, Grand Island for a 1999 International scv�oou�dertNebraska State Statute 775202 andt s�requesting the boa d�s recommended appro appr�val. Ziola made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve the exemption applications for Goodwill Industries and for Heartland Lutheran High School. Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Bud Jeffries was absent. Mation carried. 9:15 A.M. COUNTY ASSESSOR OVER AND UND�RVALUED AND OMITT�D PROPERTY HEARING — County Assessor Jan Pelland provided the board members with a list of the properties and stated the property owners were notified af these changes and the date and time of the hearing. Most of these are changes for subdivision splits and she nated that one was an apartment in a residence and one was the construction of a new grain bin. These values were included in the August 20t"' certification of the valuation. Ms. Pelland stated that the board has to approve the changes as listed. Vice Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. Arnold made a motion and Schuppan secanded to apprave the changes on the over and undervalued property as listed. Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, 5chuppan and Ziala all voted yes and none voted no. Bud Jeffries was absent. Motion carried.
