Matian carried. <br /> COUNTY TREASUR�R— <br /> APPROV� EXEMPTION APPLICATION FOR GOODWIL.L INDUSTRIES �F GR�AT�R <br /> NEBRASKA FOR A 2005 INTERNATIDNAL TRUCK/TRACTOR —County Treasurer poris <br /> Mason presented the exemption applicatian for Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska, 1804 <br /> South Eddy, Grand Island for a 2Q05 International truck tractor to be used fo oval lundernd <br /> collecting of donatians that support their programs. She recommended app <br /> Nebraska State Statute 77-202 and is requesting the board's approval. <br /> APPR�VE EXEMPTION APPLICATION FOR H�ARTLAND LUTHERAN FOR A 1999 <br /> INT�RNATIONAL SCHOOL BUS --County Treasurer poris Mason presented the exemption <br /> application for Heartland Lutheran High School, 3900 West Husker Highway, Grand Island for a <br /> 1999 International scv�oou�dertNebraska State Statute 775202 andt s�requesting the boa d�s <br /> recommended appro <br /> appr�val. <br /> Ziola made a motion and Schuppan seconded to approve the exemption applications for <br /> Goodwill Industries and for Heartland Lutheran High School. Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Bud Jeffries was absent. Mation carried. <br /> 9:15 A.M. COUNTY ASSESSOR OVER AND UND�RVALUED AND OMITT�D PROPERTY <br /> HEARING — County Assessor Jan Pelland provided the board members with a list of the <br /> properties and stated the property owners were notified af these changes and the date and time <br /> of the hearing. Most of these are changes for subdivision splits and she nated that one was an <br /> apartment in a residence and one was the construction of a new grain bin. These values were <br /> included in the August 20t"' certification of the valuation. Ms. Pelland stated that the board has <br /> to approve the changes as listed. <br /> Vice Chairman Lancaster called for public participation and no one responded. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Schuppan secanded to apprave the changes on the over and <br /> undervalued property as listed. Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, 5chuppan and Ziala all voted <br /> yes and none voted no. Bud Jeffries was absent. Motion carried. <br />
