HALL COUNTY BOARD OF EQUALIZATION MEETING AUGUST 16, 2011 <br /> 9:20 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Arnold seconded to go into a Baard af Equalizatian <br /> meeting. <br /> ROLL CALL VOTE — Present on roll call vote were Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, Daniel <br /> Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Bud Jeffries was absent. Also present <br /> was County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING L.AW — Vice Chairman Lancaster read the notice of the open <br /> meeting law. <br /> MINUTES — Quandt made a motian and Ziola seconded to approve the minutes af the August 2, <br /> 2011 meeting. Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Bud Jeffries was absent. Motion carried. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION RE SETTLEMENT NEGOTIATIONS ON K-MART TERC APPEAL — <br /> Ziola made a motion and Arnald seconded to g into executive session regarding the K-Mart <br /> T�RC appeal. This executive session is to protect the public interest. Arnold, Lancaster, <br /> Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Bud Jeffries was absent. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 9:23 a.m. executive session <br /> 9:30 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Arnold seconded to go out of executive session. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no. Bud <br /> Jeffries was absent. Motion carried. <br /> County Assessar Jan Pelland stated that she wanted to inform the board of additional county <br /> valuatian dallars. DTE Rail Car was sold and there was additional property that was not listed. <br /> They received an itemized list and she is in the process of certifying the value and just received <br /> it yesterday.
