The vote on the motion to approve the exemption application for the YMCA was taken. <br /> Arnald, Jeffries, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and nane <br /> voted no. Motion carried. <br /> Arnold made a motion to consider any penalty that was assessed since April 21, 2010 to <br /> be waived. Discussion was held and the penalty would anly be $150.00. No second <br /> motion failed. <br /> Discussion was held on the appeal from the church. <br /> Ms. Mudloff stated that there was an exemption on the old building but not on the new <br /> building. <br /> Arnold made a motion and Quandt seconded to grant the application for the Apostolic <br /> Assembly of the Faith in Christ Jesus Church. Discussion if there was a penalty and Ms. <br /> Mudloff stated that it was filed on time no penalty. <br /> Schuppan noted that the paperwork went to California but after the first year they were <br /> notified that the taxes were due. <br /> Purdy questioned if the taxes are paid would they be refunded and they would have to <br /> be refunded. <br /> The vote on the motion was taken. Arnold, JefFries, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt and Ziola <br /> all voted yes and Schuppan voted no. Motion carried. <br /> EXECUTIVE SESSION — REGARDING PENDING LITIGATION ON TERC APPEALS — <br /> Quandt made a motion and Lancaster seconded ta go into executive session regarding <br /> the TERC appeals ta protect the public interest. Arnold, Jeffries, Lancaster, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted na. Motian carried. <br /> 9:54 a.m. executive session <br /> 10:10 a.m. Quandt made a motion and Schuppan seconded to go out of executive <br /> session. Arnold, Jeffries, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all vated yes <br /> and none voted no. Motion carried. <br /> COUNTY ASSESSOR- DISCUSS AND APPROVE 451A PERMISSIVE EXEMPT <br /> FORM FOR CONTINUED USE —These are the continuation forms for the permissive <br /> exemptions. <br /> Lancaster made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the 451A permissive <br /> exempt farms for continued use. Arnold, Jeffries, Lancaster, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan <br /> and Ziola all voted yes and none voted no.
