RESOLUTION #12-L��>1�-- � A RESOLUTION SETTING THE PROPERTY TAX REQUEST FOR HALL COUNTY WH�REAS, Nebraska Revised Statute 77-1601.02 provides that the property tax request for the prior year shall be the property tax request for the current year for purposes af the levy set by the County 8oard of Equalization unless the Governing Body of the Hall County Board of Supervisors passes by a majority vote a resolution or ardinance setting the tax request at a different amount; and WHEREAS, a special public hearing was held as required by law to hear and consider comments cancerning the property tax request; and WHER�AS, it is in the best interests af the Hall County Board of Supervisors that the praperty tax r�quest for the current year be a different amount than the property tax request for the prior year. NOW, TH�REFOR�, the Governing Body of the Hall County Board of Supervisors, by a majority vote, resolv�s that: 1. The 2012-2013 property tax request be set at: $ 14,977,197.52 General Fund $ 51,123.37 Dependent Fund $ 2,087.19 Institutions Fund $ 6,959.33 Veteran's Aid Fund $ 1,568,750.00 Jail Bond Fund � $ 858,766.87 Museum Fund $ 17,4�4,884.28 Total of Request 2. A copy of this resolution be certified and forwarded ta the County Clerk on or before October 13, 2012.
