RESOL.UTION #12- <br /> A RESOLUTIDN FIXING THE TIME, DATE AND PLACE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON <br /> THE PETITION OF THE CRANE TRUST AND TREVOR JOHNSON TO VACATE OR <br /> ABANDON A SEGMENT OF EI.M ISLAND ROAD <br /> WHEREAS, on September 11, 2012 the Hall County Board of Supervisors received <br /> a request from Crane Trust and Trevor J�hnson to vacate or abandon a segment af Elm <br /> Island Road Hall County, Nebraska: and <br /> WHER�AS, on September 25, 2012. The Hall County Board af Supervisnrs passed <br /> Resolution #12-069 to conduct a study of the use being made of that segment of Elm Island <br /> Road: and <br /> Whereas, The Hall County Highway Superintendent as submitted his written r�port of <br /> this study of the use being made of that segment af Elm Island Road in Hall County, <br /> Nebraska and the Hall County Board has received and placed said report on file. <br /> NOW THERE�ORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Hall County Board of Supervisors <br /> will conduct a public hearing on the petition to vacate or abandan that segment of Elm Island <br /> Road in Hall County, Nebr ka in the Board Room of the Hall County Board of Sup�rvisors <br /> on the_�-�day af � ,2012 at 1f�'.Q�_o'clock a.m. <br /> I <br /> PASSED AND AD01'TED THIS � � DAY OF '°- � 2012.
