� COUNTY ATTORNEY DISCUSS AND API�ROV� A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE HALL <br /> COUNTY HIGHWAY SUPERINTENDENT TO CONDUCT A STUDY OF THE USE BEING <br /> MADE OF ELM ISLAND ROAD - John Amick from Doniphan r�quested to address item #fi4 on <br /> the agenda. He stated that he is here for Trevor Johnson who is one of two land owners. The <br /> Whaoping Crane Trust filed the petition they do not want to abandon or close the road they just <br /> want to gate the road and leave the road as public property. <br /> Schuppan stated that the only concern he has heard if from the fire department regarding <br /> access if needed. <br /> Deputy County Attorney Sarah Johnson stated that the County Board has received the petition <br /> and the resolution has been prepared to direct the Highway Superintendent to conduct the <br /> study. <br /> Schuppan made a motion and Ziola secanded to approve Resolution #12- 069 directing the <br /> County Highway Superintendent to conduct a study of the use being made af �Im Island Road. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no. Motian carried. <br /> Schuppan stated that if there are concerns they are to contact Mr. Sherlock. <br /> 3 <br />
