HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING OCTOBER 9, 2012 <br /> The Hall County Board of Supervisors convened October 9, 2012 by published call in the <br /> County Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORDER -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> INVOCATION - Invocation was given by Scott Arnold. <br /> PLEDGE OF AL.I.EGIANCE —The I'ledge of Allegiance was given in unison. <br /> ROLI. CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, Bob McFarland, Dan <br /> Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Also present was Deputy County <br /> Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW-�Chairman Pamela Lancaster read the notice of open <br /> meeting law. <br /> REQUEST T� R�SERVE TIME— Chairman Lancaster stated that if anyane from the audience <br /> has a request to reserve time to speak on a specific agenda item, to please come forward at this <br /> time. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA-- Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following by <br /> cansent agenda: <br /> 1. Placed an file the minutes of the September 25th meeting <br /> 2. 6a Public works approved the early claim for motor fuel tax <br /> 3. 6b set the bid opening date for a new V plow for October 23 at 9:3Q a.m. <br /> 4. 7a Authorized the Chair to sign documents for computation of direct and indirect cost to <br /> Nebraska Health & Human Services <br /> 5. 7b Autharized the Chair to sign the certificate af cost allocation plan <br /> 6. 14 Approved Resolution #12-A71 proclaiming October 2012 as Cyber Security <br /> Awareness Month in Hall County <br /> 7. 16a Approved the bi weekly pay claims <br /> 8. 16b Approved the early claim for US Bank <br /> 9. 18 Placed on file communication from Region Planning <br /> 10. 20 Placed on file the office reports from the County Sheriff, County Clerk, Hall & Howard <br /> County Juvenile Services <br /> 11. 21 Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's Miscellaneous Receipts <br /> 12. 22 Placed on file communicatians <br /> 13. 23 Authariz�d the Chair to sign the sub grant agreement with Nebraska HHS and Hall <br /> County <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none <br /> voted no.
