Motion carried. RESOLUTION #12— 059 A RESOLUTION DETERMINING A FINAL ALLOCATION OF LEVY AUTHORITY FOR THE HALL C�UNTY AGRICULTURAL SOCIETY WH�REAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors is in receipt of a preliminary request of levy allocation submitted by the Hall County Agricultural Society, h�reinafter referred to as "District," requesting an allocation of levy in the amaunt of General Fund Operating $156,04Q.02 for the fiscal year 2012 - 2013, and WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors has considered the aforesaid pr�liminary levy request and determined that a final allocation of levy authority should be made and established for the District. NOW BE IT R�SOLVED, a final allocation of levy authority in the amount of General Fund Operating $ 156,040.�2 is hereby determined, made and established for the District for the fiscal year 2012 - 2013. IT IS FURTHER R�SOLVED, the Hall County Clerk shall forward a copy of the Resolution to the Chairperson of the governing body of the District. 9
