x�soLVTION#�2- �a <br /> A RES�LUTION TO REMOVE A CERTAIN TRACT OF REAL PR�PERTY FROM THE <br /> HALL COUNTY ZNDUSTRIAL TRACT <br /> WHEREAS, NEB. REV. S�'AT § 13-1121 provides for the periodic review of real praperty <br /> designated as county industrial tract; and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to N�s. R�v. STA�' § 13-1121, the City of Grand Island requested the <br /> County of Hall to conduct a review of its industrial tracts; and <br /> WHEREAS, in March, 2012, the Hall County Board of Supervisors conducted such a review; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS,as the result of said review,the Hall County Board of Supervisors determined that <br /> there was a probleria with one of the tracts of real property designated as Hall County Industrial Tract; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, as a further result of said review, and following notice to the public and all <br /> interested parties as required by lavv,the Hall County Board of Supervisors conducted a public heaa-i�ng <br /> on the suitability of a tract of real property owned by Mike O'Neill and June O'Neil1 for industrial tract <br /> designation; and <br /> WH�REAS,following the aforesaid public hearing held on 7une 5,2012,the Hall County Board <br /> of Supervisors determined that the tract of real property o�vned by Mike �'Neill and June 0'Neill <br /> should be removed frozn its designation as an indust�al tract area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following described real property of Mike <br /> O'Neill and June O'Neill should be and hereby is removed from the Hall Counry Industrial Tract,to wit: <br /> A tract o�land comprising a part of Block Nine (9), South Park, (now vacated) and part of vacated <br /> Washington Street, all in the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section Twenty Oz�e (21),Township Eleven(11)North, <br /> Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M. in Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska, mare particularly <br /> described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the southwest corner af said Block Nine (9): thence northerly along the westerly line of <br /> said Block Nine (9), a distance of Two and Ninety Two Hundredth.s (2.92) feet to the southerly line <br /> of the Burlington Nortk�ern Railroad: thence northeasterly along the are of a curve whose radius is <br /> 967.43 feet (the long chord of which deflects right 76 degz-ees 33'16" from the last described <br /> course), and along said railroad ri.ght-nf-way line a lang chord distance of Oz�e Hundred Seventeen <br /> and Seventy Five Hundredths (117.75) feet: thence de£lecting left 03 degrees 09' S1"frozxi the long <br /> chord of last described cuzve and running northeasterly along said railroad right-of-way line, a <br /> distance of One Hundred Ninety Seven and Seventy Two Hundredths (197.72) feet to the centerline <br /> of vacated Washiztgton Street; then southerly along said centerline, a distance of Eighty Eight and <br /> Ninety k'our Hundredths (88.94) feet to the Northerly Line of Phoeni.x Avenue; then westerly along <br /> th��.ortherly line o�said Phoenix Avenue, a distance af Three Hundred Three and Eighty Five <br /> Hundredths (303.85) feet to the place of begiztning and containing 0.263 acres m.ore or less. <br />
