Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted nol. Motion carried. <br /> 10:15 a.m. held a Board of Corrections meeting. <br /> 10:45 a.m. returned ta the regular meeting. <br /> 8. 10:45 AM — PUBLIC HEARING —CONSID�R REMOVAL OF PROPERTY OWNED BY MIKE <br /> AND JUNE O'NEILL FROM THE COUNTY INDUSTRIAL TRACT--Ziola made a motion and <br /> Mc�arland secanded to open the public hearing. Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, <br /> Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and none voted nol. Motion carried. <br /> Deputy County Attorney Jack Zitterkopf noted that the City of Grand Island requested the <br /> Caunty to review the properties in the industrial tract. The review was conducted with the <br /> assistance of Chad Nabity. It was determined during the review that this small piece of property <br /> did not qualify to remain in the industrial tract. The public hearing was scheduled and notices <br /> were sent to comply with state statute so the decision is before the County Board today. <br /> Chairman Lancaster read the questions and the answers on the review and they w�re all <br /> answered no stating that the property should not remain in the industrial tract. Mr. Zitterkopf <br /> stated that he has prepared a resolution with the options and once the resolution is approved it <br /> will need to be filed with the Register of Deeds. Discussion was held on the location af the <br /> property. <br /> Chairman Lancaster called for public participatian. <br /> Gregg Sapp with Sapp Brother Petroleum stated that he received a notice and stated that he <br /> has no concerns. He questioned why he would have been notified and Mr. Arnold stated that it <br /> 4 <br />
