HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS MEETING May 22, 2012 <br /> The Hall County Baard af Supervisors canvened May 22, 2012 by published call in the County <br /> Board meeting room, 121 South Pine, Grand Island. <br /> CALL TO ORD�R -The meeting was called to order by Chairman Pamela Lancaster. <br /> ROLL CALL - Present on roll call were Scott Arnold, Pamela Lancaster, Bob McFarland, Dan <br /> Purdy, Gary Quandt, Steve Schuppan and David Ziola. Also present was Deputy County <br /> Attorney Jack Zitterkopf and Board Assistant Stacey Ruzicka. <br /> NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING LAW�-Chairman Pamela Lancaster read the notice of open <br /> meeting law. <br /> REQUEST TO RESERVE TIME-- Chairman Lancaster stated that if anyone from the audience <br /> has a r�quest to reserve time to speak on a specific agenda item, to please com�forward at this <br /> time. <br /> Mitchell Clark requested to address item #9 regarding the merger of the r�gister of deeds with <br /> the assessor. <br /> CONS�NT AGENDA— Purdy made a motion and Quandt seconded to approve the following by <br /> consent agenda: <br /> 1. Placed on file the minutes of the May 8, 2012 meeting <br /> 2. 11 Authorized the Chair to sign the letter of agreement with Region III <br /> 3. 14 Approved the special designated liquor license for Marock Inc. for Hope Harbor <br /> 4. 15 Approved the final plat and Resolutian #12— 028 to vacate Bellamy's Second <br /> Subdivision <br /> 5. 15 Approved the final plat and Resolution #12-029 for Bellamy's Third Subdivision <br /> 6. 17 Placed on file the office repart from the Register of Deeds and the County Attorney <br /> Statistical report <br /> 7. 1$ Placed on file the Hall County Treasurer's miscellaneous receipts <br /> 8. 19 Placed on file communications as received. <br /> Arnold, Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all vated yes and none <br /> vated no.
