Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, <br /> Quandt, Schuppan and Ziola all voted yes and nane voted no. Arnold was absent for the vo#e. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Mr. Quandt pulled item 18 regarding the jail task force. � <br /> COMMITTEE OR BIOARD MEMBER REPORTS — Purdy reported that they had a facilities <br /> committee meeting and they are working on the janitorial bid packets and the garbage contract <br /> renewal. The will allaw bidders ta select all or part of the buildings to provide the services tao. <br /> Lancaster report6ed that Midland Area Agency on Aging has selected a new director Diane <br /> Fowler resigned but she will work part time for the month of May. The new director has a good <br /> backgraund in rural health care. <br /> BOARD ASSISTANT — Board Assistanc� Stacey Ruzicka stated that she has no report. <br /> NEW OR UNFINISHED BUSINESS- Lancaster pravided the board members with a copy of the <br /> exper�ditures and noted that the board's budget is very clase. <br /> The board members will attend th� jail tour. Lancaster, McFarland, Purdy, Quandt, Schuppan <br /> and Ziola will attend the jail tour Amald was not able to attend.
