RESOLUTION #12- ) ( <br /> A RESOLUTION TO RECONCILE LIQUOR LICENSE FEES WITH CURRENT <br /> STATUTES AND TO REPEAL RESOLUTION #1078 IN ITS ENTIRETY. <br /> WHEREAS, on June 28, 1988, the Hall County Board of Supervisors passed Resolution <br /> #1078 for the purpose of establishing fees for the various classes of liquor licenses, and for the <br /> collection and receipt of said license fees; and <br /> WHEREAS, NEB. REV. STAT. § 53 -134 gives the Hall County Board of Supervisors the <br /> power, function and duty to receive retail liquor license fees, craft brewery license fees and <br /> microdistilling license fees as provided in NEB. REV. STAT. §§ 53 -124 and 53- 124.01; and <br /> WHEREAS, NEB. REV. STAT. §§ 53 -124 and 53- 124.01 are from time to time amended by <br /> the Legislature to change the license fees provided for therein; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Hall County Board of Supervisors wishes to avoid frequent amendment of <br /> its resolutions to conform with amendment of said statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hall County Board of Supervisors that the <br /> fees for the various classes of liquor licenses be set in the amounts as set forth in NEB. REV. STAT. §§ <br /> 53 -124 and 53- 124.01, both as said statutes currently exist and as said statues are hereinafter <br /> amended. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, pursuant to NEB. REV.
