On the township maps (arranged alphabetically) each number indicates the section number of that townshi� The name of each rural resident in the township is located on the map at the location. (Occupied 6 ,Vacant ) The alphabetical locater lists the occupant's name, post office address, location on the map, and indication whether owner or renter (O or R). EXAMPLE: O King, R K — Har- 1724 Rosebud Gree 31 This indicates that Mr. King is an owner "O ", he gets his mail on Harlan, 1724 Rosebud and his location will be found in section 31 on the Greeley township map The PLAT information in this directory concerns the ownership of the county's rural property and shows farms, acreages, owners, roads, railroads, streams, church and cemeteries.
