RESOLUTION #11- C) - f <br /> A RESOLUTION TO VACATE A PORTION OF PUBLIC ROAD RIGHT OF WAY IN <br /> THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (NE OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 10 NORTH, <br /> RANGE 10 WEST OF THE 6' P.M. IN HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA AS SHOWN AND <br /> FURTHER DESCRIBED ON THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT; AND TO PROVIDE FOR <br /> FILING THIS ORDINANCE IN '11-1E OFFICE OF THE HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF <br /> DEEDS; AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS RESOLUTION. <br /> WHEREAS, Bosselman Incorporated, being the owner of the land surrounding the land <br /> described hereon, Bosselman Avenue Right Of Way Located In The Northeast Quarter Of Section <br /> 24, All Located In Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West Of The Sixth P.M., In Hall <br /> County, Nebraska; and <br /> WHEREAS, a plat for Bosselville Third Subdivision on this same property has been filed <br /> by the current owner and recommended for approval by the Hall County Regional Planning <br /> Commission ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Bosselville Third Subdivision dedicates rights -of -way and easements as <br /> necessary for the development of said property; and <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY <br /> OF HALL, NEBRASKA: <br /> SECTION 1. That the right of way as shown on the attached exhibit is hereby <br /> vacated conditioned upon; <br /> Approval of Bosselville Third Subdivision by the Hall County Board of Supervisors <br /> and the Grand Island City Council; and <br /> Filing of Bosselville Third Subdivision at the office of the Hall County Register of <br /> Deeds within 60 days approval of this resolution. <br /> SECTION 2. The title to the property vacated by Section 1 of this ordinance shall <br /> revert to the owner or owners of the property platted as Bosselville Subdivision in Hall County, <br /> Nebraska and to be replatted as Bosselville Third Subdivision in the Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> SECTION 3. This resolution is directed to be filed in the office of the Register of <br /> Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> SECTION 4.
