RESOLUTION #11- 0 5 3 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF ONE SECOND SUBDIVISION <br /> COMPRISING A TRACT OF LAND BEING VACATED LOT ONE (1), ONE <br /> SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION BEING PART OF GOVERNMENT LOT ONE (1) AND <br /> PART OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER (SE1 /4 <br /> NE1 /4) OF SECTION SIX (6), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE TWELVE <br /> (12) WEST OF THE SIXTH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br /> WHEREAS, Harlan G. Hughes (aka Harlan Hughes) and Doyle L. Hulme (aka Doyle L. <br /> Hulme and Kay V. Hulme husband and wife, being the owners of the land described hereon, filed <br /> an application for approval of the final plat of ONE Second Subdivision comprising a tract of <br /> land being vacated Lot One (1), Once Subdivision, A Subdivision Being Part Of Government Lot <br /> One (1) And Part Of The Southeast Quarter Of The Northeast Quarter (SE1 /4 NE1 /4) Of Section <br /> Six (6), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6 PM, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska; and <br /> WHEREAS, the above- described real estate is located in an unincorporated area of Hall <br /> County and is not within an area over which a city or village exercises extraterritorial zoning <br /> jurisdiction; and <br /> WHEREAS, on September 7, 2011 the Hall County Regional Planning Commission <br /> considered said final plat at its regular meeting and recommended approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the uses on Lot 1 shall be limited to non - residential agricultural uses as <br /> permitted by the Hall County Zoning Resolution unless or until such time as the zoning on the <br /> property is changed to allow non - agricultural uses; and <br /> WHEREAS, the County Board of Supervisors of Hall County held a meeting and <br /> considered said fmal plat on September 13, 2011 upon publication of notice of the same in the <br /> Grand Island Independent, a legal newspaper in the county. <br /> RESOLVED, upon review of the fmal plat and consideration of the recommendations of <br /> the Regional Planning Commission, the report of the County Highway Superintendent, and the <br /> evidence, testimony, and comments received, the Board finds that the plat has been prepared in <br /> compliance with the Hall County Subdivision Regulations and such final plat of ONE Second <br /> Subdivision should be and is hereby approved.
