• To: David Arnold Hall County Corrections Director From: Emmett Arnett C.I.S. Re: Outside Worker Report for Feb. 2005 2 -1 -05 Hours worked were 0650 to 1338. I took comp. Time from 1:38 pm to 3:00 pm. Outside workers were Shem Slocum and David Harrigfeld. I put 20.6 gallons of gas in our pickup. We sanded and painted picnic tables at Hall County Park. 2 -2 -05 Hours worked were 0650 to 1500. Trustees were Slocum and Harrigfeld. We helped cut down trees and worked on an old merry-go-round at Hall County Park. 2 -3 -05 Hours worked were 0650 to 1501. Trustees were Slocum and Harrigfeld We helped cut down dead trees at Hall County Park. 2 -4-05 Hours worked were 0650 to 1501. There were no Outside workers. Slocum was released from jail. Harrigfeld was served an arrest warrant out of Howard County, so he was removed from the Trustee program. I cleaned our shop. Paul and I moved new computer monitors from the administration building to the Sergeant's office. I washed the Outside Workers work clothing. Paul and I picked up commissary and supplies at Sam's Club. I had the Taurus washed at Mr. G's and filled the gas tank. Paul and I scrapped graffiti and a dirty picture off of the table in F Block. February 5th & 6th were my days off. 2 -7 -05 Hours worked were 0650 to 1502. I worked with Paul Wagner in the Jail. I removed snow and ice from our vehicles. I salted ice around the doorways. I replaced two light bulbs in the hallway by G Block. I cleaned the two fans in the hallway by X & J blocks. I studied the jail bulletin. 2 -8 -05 Hours worked were 0650 to 1502. I cleaned snow off of the vehicles. I put a new doorstop on the Pre Release door by Work Release. I scooped snow away from the doorways and put salt the ice around the doorways and parking lot. I filled the Dodge Van with fuel; it took 12.3 gallons of gasoline. I backed into a Jerry's sheet metal pickup with the Dodge van causing a small dent on the front bumper of the Pickup. There was no damage to our Van. I sent a report on this incident to Correction Director Arnold. 2 -9-05 Hours worked were 0651 to 1500. I cleaned the snow and Ice off of our vehicles. I scooped snow and salted the Ice. I used the John Deere tractor to blade snow off of the sidewalks and the parking lot. I took five toner cartridges back to Eakes so they could be recycled. I helped patch holes in the dry wall ceiling in Work Release.
